The application has been designed to enhance physical fitness and assist users in preparing for fitness assessments. Upon completing a placement test, an individualized 8-week training plan will be created based on guidelines provided by physical education experts.

Each week consists of three endurance workouts and two strength training sessions, all aimed at ensuring optimal physical readiness for territorial military service.

Exercise descriptions and warm-up routines, crafted by experienced physical education instructors, facilitate the development of proper technique and help minimize the risk of injury.

Additionally, the app allows users to monitor their BMI levels and ascertain whether their weight falls within a healthy range.
